Aravind Adiga

Aravind Adiga is an award winning Indian author and journalist. He grew up in India before emigrating with his family to Sydney, Australia and then pursued his education at Columbia University, New York City and at Magdalen College, Oxford. He began his career as a financial journalist for the Financial Times, before being hired by TIME as it’s South Asia correspondent. His first novel, 'The White Tiger' won the 2008 Man Booker Prize, becoming the fourth Indian to win the prestigious award and his book was also adapted into a Netflix Original movie in 2021.
