Hippocrates

This Greek physician had lived during the age of Pericles. Known as the “Father of Medicine” Hippocrates dedicated his life to teach the practice of medicine and in fact the famous Hippocratic Oath had survived until today. Hippocrates did not make the oath but its legacy was derived from his ethical principles and standards in medicine where physicians followed as their moral guide up to the present.
