Life is precious. Love yourself enough to take care of your health. Exercise. Eat well. Make time for self-care. Treat your body right because it is the only one you have. When you have no health, you have no life.
I always tell people you can't expect to be a prophet in your own home and I'm definitely an example of that. It's taken a lot of patience for me to be able to share this message with my family, but I'll say this, it's changed my life and the relationship with my entire family.
Whatever it is that inspires you, find that love, nurture it, make it happen. Bring people in that vision with you and know exactly what you want. Make the goals as clear as day, step by step lay them out and just take it one step at a time.
I would say me having to learn what healthy looks like as compared to what I thought was healthy before was extremely drastic and the only way that I was able to fully experience that was how my body reacted to it.
I want people to eat healthier, but I want them to realize that it's far more than just the food that makes this change. It's very much a connection with yourself and with the planet and making this world a better place and that when you really do work on yourself and you improve yourself and you feel good, everything and everyone around you feels better as well.
